Living an abundance life is the promise Jesus has given us when He became flesh and came to this earth. As a born again Christian, we should live out the joy, peace, abundance, content and good health physically and spiritually.
Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well. (3 John 1:2)
It is the will of God for us to live abundantly. Sleep early and get up early, eat in a balance way and exercise... These are principles of healthy living. We have to persist to do it. Spiritual condition is the same. Morning and evening sacrifice, open your heart, listen to the Word and practice it, you can also live abundantly!
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Like other people, Christians also face sickness, death, and difficulties. What is different is that nobody can take away the peace in our heart. By faith we have the hope of eternity! What is the worry that you cannot pass to God?
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! (Philippians 4:4)
Joy is the great grace given to us by Jesus. It is also our choice. The enemy wants to steal our joy. A joyous heart is medicine that can heal all the sickness. It saves you medical bills.
You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand. (Psalms 16:11)
In this modern world people rely on shopping, eating, fame, position, new technology to get satisfaction. For us, we have God who created the heaven and earth and who is full of kindness and mercy to be our content. We can enjoy the creation He has given us. Please do not forget He is the source of all things!
Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction. (Proverbs 29:19)
To live an abundant life, we have to siege the vision God has given us, otherwise our life will lose direction. Jesus was very clear about his goal on the earth. Apart from using his life to save the world, he also preached about the heaven, healed the sick and casted out devil. He also established the life of disciples. What is your vision in life?
