Congratulations Sunrise Christian Community Macao on your 4th Year Anniversary! The Lord will expand you more. We thank God for all the blessings He given Sunrise Macao like – Pastor Joyce and Pastor Priscilla faithfully going there every Sunday to serve –also our faithful lay leaders, and workers praise the Lord for all your life. Keep serving no matter what, the Lord sees everything you do for Him.
Sunrise Hong Kong has been 100 percent supporting Sunrise Macao since it has started until today. It is where part of our mission offering went. We existed because of the vision to rescue the soul and we will not stopped doing it until we preached the Gospel of Christ to all nations, and make them disciple that will make disciples (Matthew 28.19-20).
God without a doubt is leading us into a new place. – after eighteen years here in Lai Kee. He has given us a very convincing sign. God has spoken to our co-workers that God wants us to move. He has revealed the place where we moved. Then the final confirmation was that Lai Kee flat AB landlord would not let us renew the contract. So with this, convincing signs from the Lord- we have only left one choice – Obey! Because obedience is better than sacrifice (1Samuel 15:22). And blessings flow to those who are obedience (Deuteronomy 28:1-14). But why the Lord will ask us to move when He knows that we have financial difficulty? This may be your question, to tell you the truth this was my question too. But what do we do when God give us the command? Do we trust on ourselves and do not do things because we cannot do it, or do we trust God’s word, obey it and do it! Caleb and Joshua trust the word of God so much, so they were the only two old generation that crossed the promised land because they trusted the Word of the Lord (Numbers 26.65,32:12). We have the Word of the Lord let us obey it. Let us unite our heart to pray and help our Church together. Remember the head of our Church is Jesus Christ (Colossians 1:18).
“As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received. Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.” Ephesians 4:1-6
