Let me begin by this word that really touches my heart. Many people question God when bad things happen to them. When in fact it is not God’s desire to hurt you, or to put anyone into temptation. If He does this this will contradict to the Holiness and character of God. Apostle James has reminded us very clearly “When tempted, no one should say, “God is tempting me.” For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; (James 1:13). But why we suffer or face some difficulties? One reason, this the result of your bad choices and decisions. Like for example too much wine drinking. Did God allow you get drunk with alcohol? No because God knows this will harm your body later. But many people get drunk and take drugs and later get sick. Can you blame God for that? Whose mistake was it? who made that choices? Yeah, it’s the people.
The Lord out of his love and mercy continue to remind us through His words, the Holy Spirit, dreams, visions and many other things. Because Loves you no matter what.
This reminder is very important to all of us “ Little children, let us love not in word and speech, but inaction and truth. And by this we will know that we belong to the truth, and will assure our hearts in His presence”.(1John 3:18-19). God wants you to put that love you have for the Lord into action. No matter how you cry to tip of your voice. Your faith is dead (James 2:14). Remember this no matter how you pray, worship, give, serve, and obey. If you are not loving others you are following only half of God’s command- You only love God, not bad! But not enough, because God calls you and me to love others. The best expression of that love is sharing Jesus to them so that they can have eternal life. It is the best gift you can give to your friends, family and love ones.
Church we are turning 18th years old. We need to grow and multiply. I would love to encourage all our Zone Pastors and Leaders, Cantonese and Mandarin Community, Filipino and Indonesian Community. Let us all love in deeds not just in words. Let us lead our people into intentional evangelism and disciple making. Everyone should commit and do a minimal 3 -1 evangelism. 3-1 evangelism is an intentional evangelism that in 3 days you must share or evangelize to one person. Take care of them and disciple them. Everyone do 3-1 evangelism. In one year each one can evangelize to 121 people. IF half of this will reject that means you still have 60, if half of 60 rejects, then you still 30, half of 30 rejects then you still have 15, If half of 15 rejects Then you still have 7 if half rejects then for sure you will have 3 or 4 new disciple in a year. We have 250 now. If all of us love God with action, that means 250 x 3 = then next year we can grow to 750. For sure. Can we do it for God? Amen!
