Feed on His Faithfulness

   At the beginning of this year, I felt in my spirit, God's acceleration in various ministries. If you only look at the circumstances or the problems you see with eyes of the flesh, you are likely to be tempted to get discouraged. When things in store for you are to be handled and done properly, the ultimate lesson is to commit your way unto the Lord, trust also in Him. In all your disquieted labour, and in weariness, we are often tempted to fret and get envious. So, brethren, keep the strength of God in your heart, do good, serve God with gladness and take delight in Him.  Don't be hindered by grudges, resentments, criticisms/ condemnation, etc.  But commit your way and your work unto God, because God could accelerate the inspiration that you are capable of receiving. Let not our mischievous desire devise our way.

   If our spiritual life is not build on the foundation of prayer and intercession, we won't be able to withstand God's speed. Therefore, we must give ourselves unto supplication.  Our Holy Almighty God who redeem us by His only Son, invites us to come to Him, speak with Him and ask from Him. What a blessing there is in fellowship with Him. It is our heavenly privilege to commune with Him in our life of prayer abiding in Christ.

Psalm 37:1-5 reminds us what is most important?

1.  Do not fret because of those who are evil or be envious of those who do wrong;

2. for like the grass they will soon wither,like green plants they will soon die away.

3. Trust in the Lord and do good;  dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.

4. Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

5. Commit your way to the Lord;  trust in him and he will do this:

   Brothers and sisters, do you want to bring forth fruit from your labour? Whatsoever you do prosper, is it what your heart desire?  Do you want the power of joy in Christ? Then, hearken me, mediate on verse 3 Trust in the Lord and do good;  dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture (feast on His faithfulness).  And may you all be pleasing to God as you do His will, and may you read God's Word as the bread of your life, and experience all the good things that God has in store for you through His promises and faithfulness!  May you live a beautiful life in Christ… Indeed, He has given you to edification in Christ, hasn’t He?

Amen.
