Mark 16:6"Don't be alarmed," he said. "You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here. See the place where they laid him.
No event in history has shaped the world like the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Historically it was a proven fact Jesus really did exist. Jesus’ resurrection finally cemented the foundation of our Christian faith. Paul’s said” And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith. (1Cor 15:14)
Christ Is Risen! Good news for the depressed. Good news for those who have lost loved ones. Good news to those who have lost their joy. Good news for everyone! Why?
Firstly, because of Christ Resurrection the disciples were changed.
Secondly, because of the Resurrection our view of death has changed.
Thirdly, because of the resurrection, our view of Jesus has changed.
Lastly, because of Christ resurrection our view of life and the future changed. Remember the old hymn ?
Because HE lives, I can face tomorrow, because He lives all fear is gone, because I know, I know He holds the future and life is worth living because He lives.
But How can this fully affect your life?
RECEIVE and Believe THE RISEN CHRIST (Acts 16:31)
Timothy 1:16
But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his unlimited patience as an example for those who would believe on him and receive eternal life.
IMITATE THE life of the RISEN CHRIST
3 John 1:11 Dear friend, do not imitate what is evil but what is good. Anyone who does what is good is from God. Anyone who does what is evil has not seen God.
SURRENDER YOUR LIFE TO THE RISEN CHRIST
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
1 Peter 5:6 (NIV) Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.
EMPOWER YOURSELF BY THE LIFE OF THE RISEN CHRIST
Romans 6: 6 For we know that our old self was crucified with him so that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves to sin—
NOT to BE ASHAMED TO TESTIFY THE RISEN CHRIST.

I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.
