Making A Meaningful Accomplishment!

In today’s world wherever you go, there will always be a lot of uncertainties. No matter how you take care of yourself, eating well, planning well, resting well, there no guarantee that you will not get sick or will not have trouble. In business, in work, in relationship all have challenges. This sentiment echoed to the declaration of one of the wisest people that ever lived on Earth, King Solomon.

According to him “everything is meaningless” (Ecc 1:2). Wisdom, pleasure, folly, toils, riches are all meaningless. But he has been very successful in everything that he does, because the Lord has given him supernatural favor. God was so pleased with King Solomon obedience to honor him in his life. So, God give him that favor, to ask him of anything and he will give it to him (2Chronicles 1:7). Instead King Solomon just ask God to give him knowledge and Wisdom, not riches and fame. But even though Solomon did not ask God riches and fame, God out of His mercy and generosity bless him so much (2Chronicles 1:12).

But at the end of the day, we found King Solomon saying “meaningless, meaningless everything is meaningless. Why he has this feeling? Because he found Himself drifted away from the presence of God. He over enjoys living and doing things for himself. But later found out and realized so He concluded “Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and keep his commandments, for this is the duty of all mankind. For God will bring every deed into judgment, including every hidden thing, whether it is good or evil. Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.

This is the same thing with us, no matter what you accomplished in life. Riches, fames and power. If done without God. You will find everything you had accomplished meaningless.

Here are other suggestions from the wisest King Solomon.

1. Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, (Ecc 12:1,)

2. be happy while you are young, (Ecc 11:9a)

3. let your heart give you joy in the days of your youth. (Ecc 11:9b)

4. Follow the ways of your heart and whatever your eyes see,

but know that for all these things God will bring you into judgment. (Ecc 11:9c)

5. banish anxiety from your heart. (Ecc 11:10a)

6. cast off the troubles of your body. (Ecc 11:10b)

7. Remember him at your old age ( Ecc 12:6-7).

Every day you do many things, big or small.

Do you think God approved the things you do or doing? Or you just do it because you like it?

Or do you do it because you have no choice? Or somebody made a choice for you? Or you do it because of peer pressure?

Church remember, no matter what you do and accomplished – it will end up meaningless if God has not approved the things you do.

Make sure in every small thing you do. God is glorified! That is how you make a meaningful accomplishment in your life.
