October 1 was another testament of God’s amazing control of the weather... September 30, Wednesday Hong Kong experienced a severe raining, a thunderstorm and flooding in some areas in HK. The weather forecast for Oct 1 was another day of thunderstorm and raining. But praise God comes October 1 and sky was so blue and so pristine Hallelujah! God has given us a beautiful weather that day. so, all our prayer activities outside were done successfully. Praise the Lord!
Hong Kong Day of prayer was livestream on YouTube so it was watched by thousands of people around the world. If you missed it please check this link here. Glory to God for another successful prayer day! Praise the Lord!
We thank every volunteer, Co-workers, Friends, Church partners and everyone who participated in this special event. We deeply appreciate everything you have done for the success of the prayer day. This would not be possible without you lending us a hand and contributing for the need of this event. Special appreciation to Pastor Maggie and her team working hard, as the main director of the event. May God bless Ps Maggie and everyone who serves during HK Prayer Day.
What now? We hope and trust our Almighty God receive all our worship, praises thanksgiving adoration and give answers to every prayer uttered during that day. But of course, our prayer will not end here. I would encourage our brethren, “Keep praying without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18) because a prayerful Church is a powerful Church, A prayerless Church is a powerless Church!
Let us continue to unite our hearts and spirit to keep doing what the Lord has called us to do. We are called by the Lord to love Him and love people (Matthew 22:37-39). To be the salt and light of this world (Matthew 5:13-16). To let his Kingdom come upon us. Let His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Let his will be done on us. (Matthew 6: 9-13).
I would also encourage everyone to come back to church now and enjoy the fellowship with one another. (Hebrews 10:25)
God bless stay safe let keep praying, loving God and loving people more!
