With trouble and challenges we face every day, thinking if the world we live in could still be better. Praise the Lord the scripture has answer to this question – and it’s very clear and very encouraging. Yes, the best is yet to come. But sorry this is not for all. Because the worst is going to come to those people that are liars, unrighteous, murderer, sexually immoral, thief. Their end is punishment in hell. [Revelation 22:15; 1 Corinthians 6:9–10; Galatians 5:19–21; Ephesians 5:5; 1 Timothy 1:9; Hebrews 12:14]
But to the faithful, the righteous, the believers, the one who loves the Lord – Your best is Yet to come. The Good thing you experience right now is just tip of the “ice berg” as saying says. Read this scripture. 1 Corinthians 2:9 That is what the Scriptures mean when they say,
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him.”
In the book of Isaiah 65:17-25. You can read the most clear picture God has for all the faithful the one!
God will prepare perfect place – Heaven [verse 17-18]
“See, I will create new heavens and a new earth. The former things will not be remembered, nor will they come to mind.” [Isaiah 65:17]
You will no longer remember this place you are living now regardless of how beautiful it is, because the beauty of the new heaven is incomparable.
You will receive the best blessing [verse 19-24] “I will rejoice over Jerusalem and take delight in my people; the sound of weeping and of crying will be heard in it no more.” [Isaiah 65:19]. No more sickness, no more suffering, no more death, no more crying and weeping.” Would that be great!
The Perfect peace and harmony is obtained. [Verse 25] “The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, and dust will be the serpent’s food. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain“ says the Lord. [Isaiah 65:25]. Peace is very rare commodity we can find in this world today. There is chaos, fighting among animals and people. But wow! The future is so bright because, peace will finally be obtained by all even animals they will not fight anymore to survive or live. They will be feeding together.
Now church think about this, how do you now view the future? Yes, the best is yet to come. So be always faithful. Do not allow yourself to be used by the enemy to hurt brothers and Sisters. But instead love each other deeply from your heart. For this kind of living, you glorify God.
