The Importance of Life Transformation

Recent events around me have repeatedly called for life transformation. One life  transformation could bring forth much fruit, it is overflowing to others beyond our imagination, beyond descriptions.

There was a brother who harbored many prejudices against a spiritual mentor of his. As a result, he often ignored the mentor's guidance. Later, during a prayer session,  God directly revealed to him the extent of his judgement against this mentor.  He confessed his sins and repented. Coupled with the mentor's strong encouragement for him to accept God's transformation of his life, he began to heed the mentor's teachings more and earnestly seek God to transform him.

Though this brother remains in the process of transformation, his life has become lighter, freer, and more discerning. For instance, matters that once required prolonged deliberations now require less thought; situations that previously caused emotional turmoil now leave him unaffected by such emotions.

Life transformation also blesses future generations. It's rare to see entire families volunteering together, yet I know two such families. One father effortlessly connects with his teenage children at the right moments while disciplining them appropriately when needed. The other, despite being an experienced specialist doctor, humbly volunteers cleaning campsites and courageously admits his weaknesses before his children.

Through their parents' life education by example, the children in both families have healthier spiritual lives than their peers. They even willingly join their parents in volunteering to help others.

Life transformation is not easy but is worth it.
