Walking together in the storm in the sweet fellowship in Christ

Peace. A heart filled with love and hope in Him - we give thanks unto the Lord unceasingly.. Thanksgiving and praise unto the Lord is comely. we become a family because of Christ's love, even though we come from different backgrounds; hope that no matter what the path ahead of us is, we know that "Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ" (Philippians 1:6).

The LORD taketh pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy. In these changing times, may we remind each other that God's promises will always stand. By His zeal, He will help His church accomplish the great commission.

Our life shall bear witness for His truth. Let us not hearken unto the voices of the world which often make us anxious: social strife, economic pressures, the unknown future ...... But the Bible reminds us, "Be still, and know that I am God!" (Psalm 46:10).

For he hath strengthened the bars of thy gates; The Lord Jesus slept peacefully in the midst of the storm (Mark 4:35-41), not because the storm did not exist, but because He trusted God the Father with all His being. Though we may be weak, we can learn to fix our eyes on the One who "calms the storm".

Encourage us to spend five minutes a day meditating on a scripture, May our meditation of Him be sweet to Him.

Commiting our prayers unto God, sharing thanksgiving with a member ...... These small acts of faith will be like drops of living water that edify our spiritual lives. The church is not a perfect community, but it is a "laboratory of love" established by God. In this age of individualism, we need to learn to "forgive one another with love". Do not judge but make a cup of tea or send a greeting to the other party. For Christ is the prince of peace.

The most beautiful testimony of the church is not the grandeur of the building, but acceptance, support , fellowship of a group of imperfect people through the love of Christ. Maybe you are going through a low point at the moment, but remember: the Church is a group of people who are walking together in heaven. We will cry and fall, but we also look to the cross for salvation. Call to remembrance that we are more than conqueror.

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. ( Galatians 6:9)

The journey of life is like traveling by an ark in a storm. External circumstances may be turbulent, but God's promise always stand: "His kingdom is not of this world, but will be a light in the midst of the world".May the brothers and sisters of Sunrise take firm hold of this promise with faith, and in the midst of the cracks of the times, live out a testimony that is rooted in eternity for Him.

"But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us." (2 Corinthians 4:7)
