Dear Brethren,
Please be reminded that coming June 14, we will be celebrating 20th year of Gods blessings to Sunrise. This is very Special event to celebrate commemorating God’s amazing faithfulness to our Church. Through this 20 year we have experienced a lot. But by His grace and mercy we are still standing and going stronger.
God has put us a very clear vision and mission that are yet to be fulfilled. On this regard, I encourage every disciple group leader to lead your group, or zones in praying and asking God for what he has visioned for Sunrise to accomplished for another 10 years. For example, Pastor Rey see in the next 10 years 8 or more Churches will be planted in the Philippines.
After you have your receive vision from for the next 10 years of the church, submit it to our Pastoral team for confirmation. After confirmation by the Pastoral Team, you can present it in painting, Power point, Video or Drama. My suggestion is to paint it. So, we can hang it on our wall for our people to see, pray and be motivated by it.
It is of utmost important to keep the vision God has for us. The King James Version of Proverbs 29:18 says, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
Without a vision—people are doomed to wander aimlessly. We will not accomplished anything. No sense of direction, we will fail.
I call every Disciple groups or zones to lead your groups and must do it. God has called us Sunrise for reason, to bring hope, joy and healing and. victory to people.
“But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves. Then you will trample on the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I act,” says the LORD Almighty. [Malachi 4:2-3]
20 years is but a history that we have to remember and learn from it– the next 10 years will be another milestone we can bring glory and honour to our God. or a disaster because we didn’t listen to God. Choose wisely.
